Legend of the Dragon King Warrior, Mage, and Taoist
Three kits. One rebirth. Pick with the activity you will actually run.
Legend of the Dragon King is a 战法道 game. Steam’s short description is “three-class high-drop national-war version.” The classes are Warrior, Mage, and Taoist. This hub is the comparison. Child pages are the kits. The tier list is the activity ranking that falls out of those kits.

The one-sentence jobs
- Warrior — melee defence, AFK packs, keep flag. Slowest to new continents.
- Mage — fastest early maps, glass, door clear on castle siege.
- Taoist — pets, poison, heals, world bosses, VIP kill bar.
A Steam review in Chinese put it the same way: Mage levels fast, Taoist is first on bosses, Warrior is the close-range wall that AFKs well. That matches classic 传奇 and we have not seen a patch note that inverts it yet.
How to choose in Early Access
Ask what you will click after dinner, not what looks gold in the create screen.
- You want to see 黄泉幽冥 this week → Mage.
- You want the 免费会员 bar to move → Taoist.
- You want to watch a stream on the other monitor → Warrior.
- You have two friends → one of each. The triangle is the point.
Do not pick from the Soul Land novel. There is no Golden Dragon King bloodline class here. Do not pick from a Roblox page. This is Steam app 4773970.
Shared systems
All three wear the Dragon King set and can trigger Wrath. All three spend true skills and talents. All three recycle at 回收 and warehouse at 仓库. All three can ride 上马 and press 自动. Class identity is the skill bar, not a separate loot table — though some weapons print a class line (职业) on the tooltip, as the Titan blade did.
Rebirth (转生) is the gate for later tabs. VIP gifts include rebirth potions. Using a 7-rebirth item on a class you have not enjoyed for two sessions is the most expensive beginner mistake that is not the cash shop.
What the create screen will not tell you
The client is Chinese. Icons will make Warrior look like a sword, Mage like a staff, Taoist like a talisman or pet. If you cannot read the names, screenshot the three models and compare to the child pages. After create, the town square is the same for everyone; only the hotbar changes.

Switching later
Early Access may offer paid rerolls. This wiki will not invent a free full respec. The cheap version of a reroll is: warehouse everything named, make a new character, and only then spend the next VIP potion. Guilds can hold your siege slot while you test 30 minutes of Mage clear versus Taoist pets.
If a patch retunes a class, Updates is the place we will say so. Until then, believe the jobs on this page more than a single S-rank thumbnail.
Play the triangle. The game is named after a set, not after a class. Wrath does not care which kit proc’d it. Your guild does.

What is the best class?

Can I play all three?
Yes, as alts. Rebirth potions should go on the character you will siege on. Read each class page before you split VIP kills.
Is there a fourth class?
Not on the Steam pitch or in the client we have seen. It is Warrior, Mage, Taoist.
