Steam’s own About text is blunt: the thrill is not a Dragon Slaying Sabre, it is the Dragon King set (龙王套装). Complete the set and combat can trigger Dragon King’s Wrath (龙王之怒) — holy damage that ignores defence. That sentence is why the English title exists. This guide is how to chase the set without confusing it with Titan (泰坦) gear or a gift-code coupon.
If you still die in the first plaza, go back to Getting Started. The set is a mid-loop goal, not a tutorial drop.
What the set is for
Wrath is a fight-ender against padded tanks and keep defenders. It does not replace a class identity. A Mage still wants pack clear. A Taoist still wants pet uptime. A Warrior still wants to stand on the flag. The set is a multiplier on those kits, which is why the tier list talks about gear breakpoints instead of a forever ranking.
Pair the set with true skills. A true-skill Mage meteor plus Wrath is a different fight from a base skill plus a random gold beam.
How to get pieces (what we can actually verify)
The store page does not publish a drop table. In this client, named sets come from:
- World bosses on the continent tabs (see continents). The boss window we captured lists 1030–1200 level targets with a 4-hour-10-minute refresh on at least one camp.
- High-end maps after you leave 传奇之路.
- Guild content: flags, escorts, and secret realms mentioned in the Steam guild paragraph.
- Towers: 封妖塔 and 神威塔 are named in the daily list.
- Player trade / auction (拍卖行) if someone else got lucky.
There is no verified public gift code that grants the full set. Do not trust blogs that bundle “free Dragon King set” with VIP666. Use Codes only for real QQ strings.
Farm with auto-combat on, bag empty, recycle on a short teleport. Full bags eat set pieces as overflow. Warehouse every item with 龙王 in the name even if the stats look average — set completion is the Wrath trigger, not a single godly roll.
Dragon King versus Titan
Our icy-platform screenshot is a Titan Tyrant (泰坦·暴君) weapon and an 8-piece / 10-piece Titan bonus: PK ice procs, slow, and extra damage to frozen targets. That is a PvP kit. It is not the Dragon King set. If a vendor or a player trades you Titan pieces while you are hunting Wrath, park them, but do not stop the Dragon King farm to complete Titan first unless your guild is already inside a keep.

Class notes while you farm
- Mage — fastest to the boss window. Die less by blinking out, not by stacking HP you do not have.
- Taoist — best at the actual boss. Pets hold the camp while you loot.
- Warrior — slowest to the tab, safest once you stand in melee. Good for AFK camps if the map is not contested.
VIP ranks from VIP farming help because higher ranks gift rebirth potions and weapons. Those potions let you wear higher-rebirth Dragon King pieces. The V7 row we saw wanted 2,500 bosses at 220+. That grind and the set grind overlap; run them on the same camp when you can.
When to wear incomplete pieces
Wear whatever Dragon King slots you have as soon as the stat stick is not a downgrade. Wrath wants the set, but empty slots while you wait for a lucky chest are how you lose siege. Mix with Titan only if the tooltip still shows a Dragon King set counter. If mixing breaks the counter, warehouse Titan until Wrath is online.
After the set is complete
Go to castle siege. Wrath is a keep weapon. Solo towers will still matter for gems, but the Steam copy’s fantasy is “得龙王套者，得天下” — whoever holds the set holds the server. That is marketing. The practical version is: whoever holds the set and a guild that shows up at 沙城.
Talent respecs after the set comes in are worth a look. Some Wrath playstyles want a different true-skill than your levelling skill. Read true skills again with the armour on, not from memory.
If a patch renames the set, we will update this page from the client, not from the novel. The Soul Land Golden Dragon King is a different fiction. Your tooltip is the authority.
Keep hunting on 黄泉幽冥 and 彼岸异界 once 传奇之路 feels empty. The boss list already shows 阴冥界三层 as a location — that is a real floor name, not flavour text. Bring potions, not a shopping list of invented drop rates.
